Privacy policy

Applies to the Google Sheets add-ons "Job Search for Sheets" and "VIN & Recalls for Sheets" (together, "the add-ons") published by Clean Feeds. Last updated 2026-10-26.

What we collect

• Your Google account email address and Google account ID. When you first open an add-on, it asks Google for a sign-in token and sends it to our server once. We use it to create your personal access key, to count your monthly usage against your plan, and to contact you about your account or billing.
• Usage counts. For each month we store how many job rows and vehicle lookups your key used.
• The values you pass to the add-on's functions (for example search keywords, a company name or VINs) are sent to our server to answer that request. We do not store them, except in short-lived technical logs (IP address, time, request path) kept for at most 30 days for security and troubleshooting.

What we do not access

The add-ons only use the cells you pass to their functions in the spreadsheet you are working in. They do not read other files, your Gmail, contacts, calendar or Drive. We never sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties, except a payment provider if you buy a paid plan, and where the law requires it.

Google user data

The add-ons' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is used only to provide and improve the add-ons' user-facing features and is not used to develop or train generalised AI or machine learning models.

Storage and security

Data is stored on our server at DigitalOcean in New York (USA) and is only sent over HTTPS. Access keys are stored only as one-way hashes.

Keeping and deleting your data

We keep your account while you use the add-ons. Email shubhamgilda319@gmail.com from the same Google account to delete it; we delete it within 30 days. Uninstalling the add-on stops all requests.
